How to create 3D matrix wallpaper? Here, in this Photoshop Tutorial you are going to learn very simple, easiest yet effective method of developing Matrix wallpaper. Let’s go ahead with the work now. This tutorial can also be implemented to Adobe® Photoshop CS2.

First, open up a new PSD document. Let the size be 800 by 600, for this tutorial. Make a new layer (Layer Palette-->New Layer) with Cyan or Magenta color filled in. The new layer can also be created by moving on to Menu Bar, Layer-->New Layer.
