In this tutorial, you are going to learn the methods for creating a simple ornament using Adobe Photoshop. First create a new .psd document. You can do this by going to File --> New. Preset of your choice with a background color other than white.

Now set the Foreground Color swatch to White . Click the 'Ellipse Tool (U)' from the Toolbar. Now set Options Bar Properties. Activate Shape Layers icon command for the currently selected Ellipse Shape Tool (U).
